Last February, I underwent a training on bread baking conducted by an Indian Lady named Deepthi who had been baking for years. She also wrote her books in baking and published in her home country. One of the bread that she taught us was the Cinnamon Rolls Bread which is basically my favorite among the bread varieties.
At first, I thought that making a bread is hard but Deepthi explained and demonstrated to us the easiest way to make a homemade bread that is not only healthy but delicious.
She also shared to us her baking secrets and methods of making sure that the bread dough is good enough to rise, divide, and bake them into the oven.
She also told us that to keep having a soft crust on the bread you have to brush some melted butter and let the bread cool for 5 minutes before eating or transferring to packs.
I posted my first homemade cinnamon rolls on my facebook and I got so many positive comments and thumbs up.
My friends even wanted and asked if they can have a free taste of my recent bread creation.
So, I baked bunch of cinnamon rolls.
I also perfected the glazed toppings made of cream cheese.
I also brought some of the rolls and my homemade moist cake to the office to share yo my colleagues and end a busy week with some “sweetness and goodness”.
Later, I got more orders for this sweet and lovable bread that famously sold from “Cinnabon Shop”.
