My sister and her 30-day experience in Oman

How time flown so fast that the next thing I know it was exactly 30 days ago when my younger sister arrived to Oman. I am so thankful that after so many months of waiting, coupled with a test of faith and loads of patience, she finally came like a sweet relief.

Well, as I have mentioned in my previous post, the primary reason of her visit is look for better employment as a nurse. While waiting of her chances and any job offers, she also babysits my kids especially my 16month old little girl while I am at work. Gladly, with her innate ability backup with knowledge on child psychology and years of experience on pediatric care in the hospital, she perfectly handles my little ones without any doubts. And with that, I am so comfortable to leave my kids under her care.

But other that, she also takes her time to discover what makes this country a wonderful place to live and raise a family. So for one month, my husband and I have arranged itineraries to go for outdoor activities or simply enjoy a whole day of fun with other friends in the Filipino community.

Being an involved big sister, it is a wonderful feeling of having her with us. I hope she will stumble upon this blog one day and find out that I have actually documented her stay. I hope she will get to love Oman as i do.
