When Shevonne turned 7 years old, her family threw a beautiful birthday party for her. It was a formal party and was held in a very nice function hall. Her godmother Lyn, gave her a gift with this Snow Queen Elsa and Olaf Cake because they were her favorite movie characters.
This was actually my first attempt to make a cake topper made of gumpaste and fondant. I tried several times to mold Queen Elsa face to come up with her beautiful face. But I guess she had a chubby cheek, bigger breast, and taming eyes.
Meanwhile, I also molded Olaf the friendly Snowman which I haven’t find any difficulty since I already created my first Olaf as the main character of a birthday cake before.
The design of this cake was instructed to me by my friend Lyn. The cake looks like the skirt or gown of Queen Elsa with all the frills made of fondant.
There’s also the number 7 candle wrapped in yellow fondant.
And the name of Shevonne, painted in silver metallic dust.
I feel proud of this cake because it is 100% edible and I have molded my first human figurines for cake topper.
Likewise, Shevonne was so happy to see her cake.
Thank you for reading this post and catch you again later.
